If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.  Contact lens boxes that have been opened or the safety seal has been broken cannot be returned.  Damaged product i.e) dented, ripped, or marked boxes or products that are clearly not in resellable condition cannot be returned.  Returns can be done in store or through mail.  Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns done through mail and it is recommended that registered mail with tracking be used.

If you'd like to have your order shipped directly to your home, a shipping fee of $13.00 CAD is charged for orders under $99.00 CAD.  We ship within Canada only via Canada Post.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment.
